Make great tasting cheesecake in a snap with JELL-O Cheesecake Mix. Simply add milk to the mix, blend, and pour into pie shells or springform pans to set. Available in a 10kg format or 2 1kg pouches.

Preparation & Cooking

Use wire whip attachment on mixer; Pour cold milk into mixing bowl as per package directions; Add cheesecake mix as per package directions; Mix on low speed (1 1/2 to 2 1/2 min); Stop and scrape bowl; Mix on medium for 2 min; Pour into prepared pie crusts or springform pans; Refrigerate 1 hour or longer.
