Preparation & Cooking

This product is best suited for cakes, pies, pancakes, doughnuts, biscuits, scones, crumpets, English muffins, scotch cakes, Paris buns and muffins. It also can be used to make batters which produce light, crispy, golden brown fried products such as chicken, sea-foods and vegetables.

Serving Suggestions

Serve finished product with all your favorite toppings or have with tea.

Product should be stored in a clean dry area at temperatures of 16-20 C and 60% relative humidity.
